Design Portfolio Examples – Print, Web and Motion. From a Melbourne based designer.
After twenty years in the industry Stephen Franklin has participated in the revolution and evolution of the software that drives all of todays design disciplines. From the introduction of retouching with Adobe Photoshop and the early days of vector graphics in Adobe Illustrator, to the tight integration of creative techniques using the Adobe Creative Suite.
Stephen’s skills have developed over time as the days of specialising in a single branch of graphic design have given way to that of a multidisciplinary designer working with a broad skill set. As comfortable with the layout of a printed brochure as he is with developing a web site or motion titles for a DVD.
In the end all design projects be they a company logo, illustration for FMCG packaging or a 3d design for a real estate brochure, require creativity combined with well structured production techniques. This enables a streamlined workflow and the swift creation of finished artwork, to meet the heavy demands of client deadlines.
